Track your CasaRinse order

When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address or mobile number supplied at checkout. Carrier scans can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Need an update?

Email contact-us@casarinse.shop with your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout. Our support team responds Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST, usually within 24–48 business hours.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with household members, neighbours, building reception and the delivery carrier before contacting us.
