Return eligibility
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days of delivery when the product is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging. Because this is a household chemical product, opened or used bottles cannot normally be returned for change of mind or safety reasons.
Damaged, leaking, defective, missing or incorrect items
Contact contact-us@casarinse.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number plus clear photos or video of the parcel, shipping label, seal and affected product. We will assess the issue and, where approved, arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Non-returnable situations
- Opened or used products returned for change of mind
- Damage caused by misuse, mixing cleaners, improper storage or use on an incompatible surface
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Requests made outside the stated window, except where applicable law requires otherwise
Return process
Do not send a parcel without written return authorization. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer; approved defective or incorrect-item returns are handled by us.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing may take 5–10 business days. Approved Cash on Delivery refunds may require verified bank or UPI details supplied through a secure support process.
