These Terms govern use of CasaRinse.shop and purchases made from the store. CasaRinse.shop is operated by UnicornKart LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

Products and safe use

Product information is provided in good faith. Appearance and results can vary by surface condition, mineral buildup and method of use. Always read the label, test on a hidden area, ventilate the space and follow the care instructions. Do not mix cleaning products. Keep products away from children and avoid eye or skin contact.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. We may correct clear errors, reject fraudulent or abusive transactions, limit quantities or cancel unavailable orders. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when the order is fulfilled or dispatched.

Payments and Cash on Delivery

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be limited by location, order value or order history. Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

Intellectual property

CasaRinse branding, original site copy, graphics and store design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a disruptive manner or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or damage caused by use contrary to product directions, mixing chemicals, or applying the product to incompatible surfaces. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing terms

These Terms are governed by applicable law, with the operating entity established in Wyoming, United States. Mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers in India remain unaffected.
