Where we deliver

CasaRinse currently serves eligible addresses across India. Availability, delivery charges and Cash on Delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary by PIN code.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days. Remote locations, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays or address-verification issues may cause delays.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment. Promotional free shipping applies only when shown at checkout.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, serviceable address and reachable contact number. Re-delivery or return-to-origin charges caused by an incomplete address, repeated refusal or an unavailable recipient may be deducted where permitted by law.

Missing or damaged parcels

Report visible transit damage, leakage, missing items or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery at contact-us@casarinse.shop. Include your order number and clear photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label and contents.
